Middle/Senior Data Analyst at Easybrain

About the role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers, game designers and monetization specialists to define and prioritise hypotheses and analytic workstreams.
- Design, run and interpret A/B tests: hypothesis definition, sample-size estimation, result analysis and rollout recommendations.
- Monitor and analyse core product metrics (retention, engagement, monetization); investigate anomalies and surface growth opportunities.
- Research player behaviour, progression and game balance to inform design and product changes.
- Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Use AI-assisted tools to speed workflows while validating results and maintaining reproducibility.

Requirements:
- Strong quantitative background (statistics, mathematics) with practical A/B test design experience.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
- Deep understanding of product metrics: retention, engagement and monetization.
- Practical experience applying AI tools for coding, analysis or automation, with attention to validation.
- Fluent Russian required; English at intermediate level or higher.
- Familiarity with cohort analysis, audience segmentation, LTV forecasting and UA evaluation is a plus.
- Experience in mobile games or app analytics and ownership of end-to-end analytical projects are desirable.
