About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Enterprise Nodes & Partnerships engineering team: hire, onboard, coach and develop engineers.
- Deliver and maintain enterprise-grade integrations that meet security, reliability and scalability standards.
- Drive technical partnerships: align requirements, timelines and delivery with third parties.
- Partner with Product and Design to prioritise work, navigate trade-offs and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Create clarity and lightweight processes to help the team execute in a fast-moving AI-native environment.
Requirements:
- Proven engineering management experience (including hiring and coaching) and a strong software engineering background.
- Hands-on technical experience with TypeScript/Node.js and building SaaS/platform integrations.
- Track record delivering secure, scalable, production-ready integrations with observability and reliability in mind.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working in high-growth, remote or open-source contexts.
- Ability to grow a high-trust team culture, support career development and drive outcomes from ideation to production.
