About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end Gateway credits experience: onboarding, first successful AI workflow/agent and ongoing usage.
- Remove credential friction by designing virtual keys, integrated services and seamless user flows across Growth, Agents and Assistant teams.
- Decide which models and services to offer; define pricing, packaging and usage tiers for Cloud and enterprise customers.
- Build and manage provider partnerships: lead vendor conversations, negotiate commercial terms and run POCs.
- Partner with Finance on commitments, consumption forecasting and pricing approvals.
- Define enterprise gateway capabilities: budgets, spend limits, access policies, reporting, audit and developer controls.
- Lead customer discovery with platform, IT and security teams to translate needs into clear product priorities.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in AI infrastructure, LLM tooling, developer platforms or enterprise governance.
- Experience negotiating vendor deals and managing provider partnerships and POCs.
- Strong grasp of usage-based pricing, consumption forecasting and commercial trade-offs.
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, integrations and developer experience considerations.
- Data-driven mindset: define product metrics, run experiments and iterate from prototypes to shipped features.
- Comfortable engaging enterprise buyers and coordinating cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, Cloud and finance.

Responsibilities

Own the Gateway credits experience from onboarding through ongoing AI workflow usage, including provider selection, partnerships, pricing, and packaging. Define the enterprise AI gateway strategy and capabilities, and coordinate delivery with engineering, design, Cloud, Growth, Sales, Finance, and other product teams.

Requirements

Candidates need product management experience in AI infrastructure, developer platforms, LLM tooling, or enterprise administration and governance, along with hands-on vendor negotiations and a strong grasp of usage-based pricing and forecasting. They should be technically and data fluent, comfortable with enterprise buyers, and able to move quickly from ambiguous problems to prototypes and shipped products.
