ERP Product Manager at FxPro

About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own discovery, prioritization and the roadmap for the internal ERP platform across Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Accounting and Back Office.
- Collect, structure and evaluate stakeholder requests; diagnose the underlying problem rather than accepting proposed solutions.
- Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency and implementation complexity.
- Run user interviews, workflow analysis and discovery sessions to validate needs and define clear success metrics.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational workflows.
- Ensure internal teams have the data, tools and workflows required to support new customer-facing features; partner with Delivery through implementation.
- Create visibility into backlog, establish transparent prioritisation and drive a roadmap to improve the ERP experience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrable ownership of internal/enterprise systems (ERP, CRM or similar).
- Strong discovery and problem-framing skills, with experience running interviews and workflow analysis.
- Proven ability to prioritise complex backlogs and balance short-term fixes with long-term improvements.
- Experience driving process automation, improving operational efficiency and working with technical delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
