Responsibilities:
- Implement high-quality, maintainable front-end features for Exness products (SPA with React).
- Write clean, secure, performant code and ensure coverage via automated tests (unit, integration, e2e).
- Perform code reviews, mentor peers, and help improve team engineering practices and testing standards.
- Tackle architecture and performance problems; optimize build and runtime pipelines (webpack, vite, esbuild).
- Produce clear technical documentation, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with UX/UI designers.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities; advocate modern tooling and clean-code principles.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field with 5+ years professional frontend experience.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), React and SPA development experience; TypeScript or Flow proficiency preferred.
- Experience with CSS, build tools (webpack/vite/esbuild) and testing tools (Jest, Vitest, Playwright).
- Deep understanding of the web development lifecycle (design → build → deploy) and performance optimization.
- English B2+; strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and communication skills; ability to work independently.
