Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for the central Machine Learning platform to support real-time decisioning across the bank.
- Lead multi-squad initiatives to ship high-throughput ML capabilities for transaction monitoring, credit scoring, and operational decisioning.
- Own MLOps tooling and standards: feature stores, real-time feature extraction, model registries, retraining triggers, and CI/CD for models.
- Establish model evaluation and governance: offline/online testing, champion-challenger deployments, drift monitoring, and inference latency tracking.
- Partner with Data Science, ML Engineering, Security, and Legal to ensure explainability, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and elevate PM practices—create PRD standards and self-service integration patterns for squads.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Product Management with 4+ years focused on ML platforms or data infrastructure.
- Proven experience shipping ML systems in high-concurrency, low-latency environments (FinTech or similar).
- Deep technical literacy in MLOps concepts, feature stores, streaming pipelines (Kafka), model governance, and CI/CD for ML.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience balancing product strategy and operational reliability.
- Experience with regulatory and audit requirements in European financial services is highly desirable.
