Responsibilities:
- Set and drive the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for the central ML platform serving multiple squads.
- Lead delivery of high-volume ML portfolios (real-time monitoring, automated scoring, workflow decisioning) across cross-functional teams.
- Define and scale MLOps infrastructure: feature stores, streaming feature pipelines, model registries, retraining, and CI/CD best practices.
- Implement robust evaluation and governance: offline/online testing, champion-challenger, drift detection, latency and data-quality monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Science, ML Engineering, Security, and Legal to ensure models meet governance, explainability, and audit requirements.
- Coach and standardize PM processes, documentation, and self-service integration patterns for squads.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years building/scaling ML platforms or core data infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success shipping ML systems in high-throughput, low-latency environments (FinTech preferred).
- Strong understanding of MLOps tooling (feature stores, Kafka/streaming, model registries, CI/CD) and model governance needs.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with regulatory constraints in banking contexts.
