Responsibilities:
- On-site role in the Warsaw office (relocation support available).
- Design, train and fine-tune ML/DL models focused on gaming and CRM problems.
- Create and maintain scalable, clean data pipelines and feature engineering processes (SQL, Spark, Airflow, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Head of AI and cross-functional teams to productionize prototypes and integrate AI into customer-facing products.
- Implement MLOps and CI/CD for model build, deployment and monitoring; contribute to infrastructure and tooling.
- Communicate results clearly in reports and presentations for varied audiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in ML, applied AI or data engineering, with strong Python skills.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and proven production deployments.
- Solid background in data engineering tools and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD, containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
- Strong independent problem-solving skills and effective English communication.
- Nice-to-have: experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases, transformers/LLMs and prior iGaming exposure.
