Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and operate ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest and transform trading and business data into the Data Lake/Warehouse.
- Design and evolve analytical data models and support the company data estate architecture.
- Onboard new data sources and ensure pipeline reliability, observability and performance.
- Troubleshoot data incidents, run post-mortems and implement fixes to improve platform stability.
- Work with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate requirements into production-ready data solutions.
- Evaluate and introduce tools/techniques to optimise data workflows and automation.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional data engineering experience with strong Python and SQL skills.
- Practical knowledge of dbt concepts, ETL/ELT patterns and analytical data modelling.
- Experience (or eagerness to learn) with ClickHouse or other MPP databases; familiarity with Airflow, Spark or similar is a plus.
- Ability to deliver production-ready pipelines, automated tests and operational monitoring.
- Experience in trading/FinTech is advantageous but not required; strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential.
