About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of mobile apps: vision, roadmap, prioritisation and delivery.
- Design and run monetization experiments: paywalls, pricing, trials and subscription flows.
- Improve activation and retention: onboarding funnels, engagement loops, push strategy and churn reduction.
- Define and track KPIs: retention curves (D7/D14/D30), cohort LTV, conversion and ARPU; turn insights into features.
- Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design, growth, data, UA) and present outcomes to leadership.

Requirements:
- 3–8 years product management experience with a majority focused on mobile apps.
- Deep familiarity with mobile metrics (retention, LTV by cohort, conversion, ARPU, churn).
- Proven experience with paywall design, A/B testing and subscription economics.
- Comfortable running single-variable experiments and performing your own data analysis.
- Operator mindset, strong communicator and ability to align teams and drive measurable outcomes.
