Responsibilities:
- Identify high-impact developer and operational workflows that can be improved with tooling or AI.
- Design and build internal applications, services and agentic systems to automate debugging, incident investigation and repetitive engineering tasks.
- Select and integrate appropriate models and orchestration tools so AI features are reliable parts of normal workflows.
- Create clean interfaces over internal telemetry, logs, dashboards and knowledge sources to make company data easily queryable.
- Ship production-quality tooling with observability, CI/CD and secure access controls.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed tools into day-to-day workflows and measure impact.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering experience across backend, data and infrastructure; proven ability to deliver end-to-end systems.
- Experience applying LLMs or AI agents to real engineering problems and selecting suitable models/tools.
- Good product judgment, high autonomy and ability to prioritize high-leverage solutions.
- Familiarity with observability, CI/CD, data pipelines and secure internal tooling practices.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team; Ethereum/blockchain infrastructure experience is beneficial but not required.
