Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution for the Product Factory: configurable APIs, orchestration tools and centralized product catalog.
- Build and enable internal self-service tools so regional teams can launch or change financial products without engineering intervention.
- Define and drive the platform roadmap, including transactional data flows and core system integrations.
- Maintain and scale the central product catalog (features, rates, limits, fees) to ensure consistency and uptime.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Local Markets to ensure safe, compliant launches.
- Manage relationships and technical integrations with third-party core banking providers and vendors.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience in FinTech, banking, or complex platform/API-driven environments.
- Strong technical understanding of backend architectures, APIs and relational databases; able to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven experience designing or operating configuration-driven products or internal platforms.
- Familiarity translating compliance and regulatory requirements into automated product guardrails.
- Degree in STEM, Business or Economics (or equivalent experience) and excellent stakeholder management skills.
