Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate Watcher’s core security controls: identity & access management, cloud & infrastructure security, endpoint controls and incident response.
- Create paved roads and automation to make secure choices the default for product and engineering teams.
- Evaluate vendors, perform build-vs-buy analysis, and assess third-party security posture.
- Lead security projects end-to-end from ideation through implementation, rollout and support.
- Own security questionnaires, product security whitepapers, customer pen-test support and technical incident communications.
- Collaborate with the Infra & Security team to shape Watcher’s security roadmap and represent product security on customer calls.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical security experience (not purely GRC); able to read code and evaluate technical controls.
- Engineering mindset: build custom solutions, prioritise automation and systems-level approaches; comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate work.
- Direct experience in application, cloud or product security, including incident response and threat modeling.
- Familiarity with enterprise security tools and controls (SIEM, DLP, CSPM), vendor assessment and pen-test workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing security discussions and internal advocacy.
