Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing across web and mobile apps to validate features and user journeys.
- Design, build and run automated tests for regression, functional and API validation.
- Maintain Postman collections and generate API test documentation.
- Develop test plans, write test cases and automate test scripts to increase coverage.
- Report, triage and verify bugs; collaborate with engineers to close issues promptly.
- Identify performance, stability and edge-case issues and recommend mitigations.
- Work closely with product, design and development teams to improve quality throughout the SDLC.
- Maintain QA documentation and promote testing best practices.
Requirements:
- Around 3+ years of experience in manual and functional testing, including mobile or web.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and different testing types.
- Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr or Xray.
- Proficiency with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
- Programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript for automation.
- Experience with API testing (Postman) and documenting test artifacts.
- Comfortable using bug tracking systems (Jira) and working in Agile teams.
