Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure authentication, KYC and consent systems used by client-facing products.
- Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling across services and features.
- Build and maintain cloud-native microservices on AWS (ECS, Fargate, Lambda) with robust CI/CD and test suites.
- Contribute to Salesforce integrations and the public website to improve client communication and support.
- Promote secure coding, observability and engineering excellence within the tribe.
- Work closely with product, operations and compliance to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Requirements:
- Extensive backend experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring in production environments.
- Solid AWS expertise (containers and serverless), container tooling (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of authentication standards, JWT, KYC processes and GDPR requirements.
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, relational and NoSQL databases and automated testing.
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and strong teamwork skills.
