Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritise and deliver the market-making product roadmap for the European Investor Exchange.
- Partner with Trading, Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external liquidity providers to scope, build and launch market-making features and integrations.
- Translate quantitative research, market data and customer feedback into user stories, clear acceptance criteria and iterated product improvements.
- Own product trade-offs, success metrics and post‑launch monitoring (performance, liquidity, costs, compliance signals).
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders; represent product decisions to senior teams.
Requirements:
- Practical product management experience (PM or equivalent) in a tech or startup environment, ideally with exposure to trading or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of market making concepts, trading infrastructure or market microstructure and relevant regulations (MTFs, exchange connectivity).
- Quantitative mindset: comfortable with data analysis, experimentation and turning research into product requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills, and experience writing user stories and product specs.
- Degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience; ability to operate in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
