Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-agnostic platform features to improve research stability, scalability and velocity.
- Scale research CI with a focus on reliability, reproducibility and speed.
- Build flexible, reproducible developer environments so researchers can focus on experiments.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and tooling for large datasets and GPU workloads.
- Optimize build systems, container images, compilation times and Python environments (Bazel a plus).
- Produce documentation, onboarding materials and collaborate closely with researchers to refine workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in platform, developer-experience, DevOps or SRE roles with strong engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python or Go and experience with CI/CD, containerization and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with build tooling (Bazel), GPU workloads, data pipeline design and IaC practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication skills and a technical product mindset focused on developer velocity.
