Responsibilities:
- Compose and deploy red-team and blue-team agentic workflows for production security use-cases (cloud defence, vuln scanning, dynamic red-teaming).
- Configure and tune cyber harnesses and orchestrate multi-agent systems to solve client security requirements.
- Design context engineering and orchestration that enable agents to operate effectively in cybersecurity domains.
- Turn prototypes into client-facing services, ship iterations based on feedback, and validate real-world effectiveness with pentesters.
- Collaborate with SWE-Cyber and platform teams to ensure reliability, observability and maintainability of deployed services.

Requirements:
- Hands-on applied AI experience building agents, LLM orchestration, RAG systems and multi-agent orchestration.
- Practical understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tooling (red/blue teaming, vulnerability scanning, cloud defence) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to ship quickly, iterate from client feedback, and reuse internal components to deliver production services.
- Strong evaluation and benchmarking experience, problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
