Responsibilities:
- Lead data architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes: master data, migration, integration and governance design.
- Advise and influence Enterprise Architects, CDOs and CIOs on data strategy, trade-offs and target architectures.
- Define data migration approaches, quality criteria, reconciliation and remediation strategies.
- Manage delivery of large engagements: set project strategy, assess risks, coach teams and review technical outputs.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities; engage with clients to shape proposals and solution options.

Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data, master data management, migration and data quality approaches.
- Knowledge of SAP and non‑SAP data tooling, integration patterns and SAP roadmap best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience; ability to present to senior executives.
- Proven delivery experience on large transformation programmes and capability to lead technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking and business development skills.
