About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead data architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes: master data, migration, integration and governance design.
- Advise and influence Enterprise Architects, CDOs and CIOs on data strategy, trade-offs and target architectures.
- Define data migration approaches, quality criteria, reconciliation and remediation strategies.
- Manage delivery of large engagements: set project strategy, assess risks, coach teams and review technical outputs.
- Support pre-sales and business development activities; engage with clients to shape proposals and solution options.

Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data, master data management, migration and data quality approaches.
- Knowledge of SAP and non‑SAP data tooling, integration patterns and SAP roadmap best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience; ability to present to senior executives.
- Proven delivery experience on large transformation programmes and capability to lead technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking and business development skills.

Responsibilities

The role involves driving knowledge and understanding of data benefits and challenges, working closely with clients to educate them on data architecture. Additionally, the candidate will manage a portfolio of clients and develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a focus on Master Data, Data Quality, Data Migration, and Governance. Previous experience from a top consulting firm is a plus, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
