Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve the analytics platform and warehouse layer (BigQuery, dbt) to power product and business decisions.
- Design modular, testable and well-documented dbt models; own transformations, tests and CI pipelines.
- Co-govern the semantic layer (Count Metrics Catalog) and ensure high-quality event instrumentation (Avo, Mixpanel).
- Produce cross-business insights from analytics models and enable self-serve data for Product, Design, Growth and RevOps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate product questions into reliable analytics and influence strategy.
- Mentor colleagues and help define analytics engineering best practices for an AI-first development culture.

Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or similar roles with production-grade analytics.
- Fluency in SQL and experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery).
- Experience with git, CI pipelines for analytics, and modular dbt practices.
- Familiarity with event-level product analytics and tools like Dagster, Count, Mixpanel and Avo (or willingness to learn).
- Strong code-quality mindset, focus on reproducibility, testing and stakeholder trust; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and taking ownership in a fast-moving, ambiguous setting.
