Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate a central Microsoft Azure platform that supports multiple product teams.
- Create scalable, secure, standardised cloud capabilities and platform patterns (hub-and-spoke, vWAN, Azure Firewall, VNets, NSGs).
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep for repeatable deployments.
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps; drive GitHub adoption.
- Apply Azure security controls across networking, identity and infrastructure; automate compliance checks.
- Support team onboarding, platform adoption, troubleshooting and operational readiness; participate in on-call rotation.
- Coach and guide product teams on architecture, networking, connectivity (ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site, App Gateways) and AKS patterns.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 5+ years of cloud/platform engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure networking (vWAN, hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute), Azure Firewall and routing.
- Strong IaC skills with Terraform and/or Bicep and experience maintaining reusable modules and environments.
- CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps and familiarity with GitHub-based platform adoption.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, identity, monitoring and incident response practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes/AKS, scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) and troubleshooting complex cloud issues.
- Good communication and coaching skills; ability to work across architects, developers and operations.
