About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP
- Own the full AI lifecycle: gather requirements, prototype, productionize, monitor and iterate
- Create reusable GenAI components, APIs and integrations for cross-domain reuse
- Implement LLMOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring) to ensure reliability and scalability
- Integrate models with ETL pipelines, relational and vector databases and cloud services
- Collaborate with engineers, product and stakeholders; document and share best practices
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Data Science, AI Engineering or ML Engineering with production deployment experience
- Strong Python skills and ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code
- Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs and building Generative AI applications
- Practical experience with model evaluation, deployment, monitoring and MLOps/LLMOps workflows
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, API design, containerization and ETL processes
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms and with relational + vector databases
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication and ability to lead technical initiatives
