Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop and operate ETL/ELT data integration solutions for the data lake/warehouse.
- Design and implement scalable data models and contrib­ute to the overall data estate architecture.
- Build, onboard and maintain reliable data pipelines; optimise for performance and operational stability.
- Monitor and investigate data incidents; provide proactive platform maintenance and operational oversight.
- Translate business requirements into analytics-ready solutions and recommend improvements to tooling and frameworks.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies (e.g., ClickHouse, MPPs, orchestration tools) to improve throughput and reliability.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of data engineering experience with hands-on Python, SQL and dbt expertise.
- Practical experience with column-oriented databases (ClickHouse) or similar high-volume analytical stores.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data modelling, warehousing and pipeline development.
- Experience in trading/fintech/financial domains is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working independently, owning technical solutions and resolving complex data problems.
- Nice to have: Greenplum or other MPP experience, Airflow or similar orchestration, automated testing/validation tools (Great Expectations), and familiarity with modern metadata/data governance tooling.
