Responsibilities:
- Deliver applied data science and impact evaluations for public policy and programme work.
- Design and run causal analyses (DiD, regression designs, matching) and apply counterfactual reasoning to assess intervention effects.
- Work with messy, real-world datasets: cleaning, EDA, feature construction and reproducible workflows.
- Develop and test AI-supported analytic workflows and combine behavioural science insights with quantitative methods.
- Produce clear outputs: write report sections, present findings to clients and support proposals.
- Collaborate with policy researchers, evaluators and technical teams across multiple projects.

Requirements:
- Strong quantitative background (data science, statistics, economics, behavioural science or related social science).
- Professional experience in applied analysis, consulting, policy evaluation or research.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reproducible workflows.
- Practical experience with causal inference methods (DiD, regression-based designs, matching) and threats to validity.
- Skilled in statistical modelling, EDA and communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with behavioural science applications to evaluation and a commitment to rigorous, transparent methods.
