Senior Embedded Engineer (all genders) - Vehicle Foundation Domain at MOIA GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-vehicle ECU software (design, implementation, testing, maintenance).
- Extend and operate monitoring, logging and metrics pipelines to track fleet health.
- Integrate and validate communication protocols (MQTT, SOME/IP) and networking features (TCP/IP, IPv6, VLANs, SOCKS proxy).
- Contribute to SiL/HiL test setups and CI/CD pipelines to ensure repeatable validation and releases.
- Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers and partners to align interfaces, tooling and homologation requirements.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and help define processes that meet automotive standards.

Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong C++ (11/14+) skills and solid experience with Python and Bash for tooling and automation.
- Practical knowledge of in-vehicle communications (MQTT, SOME/IP) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, IPv6, VLANs, proxies).
- Experience with SiL/HiL testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD workflows.
- Background in high-reliability industries (automotive, aerospace, medical) and familiarity with ASPICE / ISO26262 and homologation processes.
- Ability to work independently in agile, cross-functional teams and communicate with external stakeholders.
