Responsibilities:
- Build and ship production-ready applications across frontend, backend, database and infrastructure for multiple clients.
- Own phases of the software lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Implement clean, maintainable JS/TS code and reusable UI components in React; optimise performance and user experience.
- Design and implement scalable backend services with Node.js/NestJS, REST/GraphQL APIs, integrations and validation/error handling.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployments (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS/GCP); contribute to DevOps and monitoring.
- Drive process improvements, document code, participate in reviews, and mentor other developers.

Requirements:
- Several years of proven full-stack experience building production systems end-to-end (frontend, backend, infra).
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, with experience in modern toolchains and type-driven design.
- Advanced React experience (component architecture, hooks, state management, performance tuning).
- Solid Node.js and NestJS experience for building modular, scalable backends.
- Proficiency in database modelling for relational and/or NoSQL systems.
- Practical cloud and DevOps experience (AWS/GCP, CI/CD), Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve productivity.
- Production-minded: debugging, hardening and maintaining systems after launch; collaborative and continuous learner.
