Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate infrastructure for high-scale real-time systems handling millions of connections and billions of requests.
- Lead Kubernetes work end-to-end: cluster architecture, workload design and migration of services to Kubernetes.
- Drive the AWS-to-GCP migration and re-architect workloads for cost and performance improvements.
- Migrate and operate Postgres shards to self-hosted infrastructure and optimise database performance and reliability.
- Write production Go/Python code and platform automation to improve deployment, observability and operations.
- Own cost and efficiency optimisation, on-call rotations, incident response and post-incident root cause fixes.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, SRE or DevOps with production coding experience in Go or Python.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience at production scale (architecture, migrations, workload design).
- Proven experience running high-load, real-time production systems and optimising cloud spend (AWS/GCP).
- Strong cloud fundamentals (networking, compute, storage, IAM) and observability practices.
- Comfortable owning migrations, capacity planning and translating architectural decisions into measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset for working with backend, video and moderation teams on cross-service trade-offs.
