Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain VDI and cloud desktop environments across major platforms (Citrix CVAD, Horizon, Microsoft AVD/Windows 365, Amazon WorkSpaces).
- Automate end-to-end provisioning and image pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and scripting so engineers can get a working desktop on demand.
- Operate and troubleshoot networking, hybrid identity, monitoring and logging for public cloud and on-prem deployments.
- Run proof-of-concept evaluations and integrate emerging endpoint and virtualization technologies into lab and production platforms.
- Partner with product, engineering and technology partners to validate platform coverage and unblock feature development.
- Act as the internal SME for virtualization platform behavior and operational best practices.

Requirements:
- BSc/BEng or MSc in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years professional cloud/virtualization infrastructure experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one major VDI/EUC platform (Citrix CVAD, Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft AVD / Windows 365, Amazon WorkSpaces) and eagerness to learn others.
- Strong Windows Server and hybrid identity skills (Active Directory, Entra ID).
- Demonstrable automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell or similar IaC/configuration tools.
- Familiarity with networking, monitoring, CI/CD processes and hypervisor administration (vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix) is desirable.
- English proficiency; strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
