Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned corporate applications, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s objectives.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams through the full software lifecycle: requirements, delivery, releases, and production support.
- Engage stakeholders to gather needs, document requirements, define acceptance criteria and communicate progress and priorities.
- Improve operational reliability via DevOps practices, test automation, monitoring and compliance with IT/cybersecurity policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities related to the product portfolio and oversee budgets and KPIs.
- Mentor team members, facilitate collaboration, and provide escalation support including occasional on-call/production support.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in information management, computer science, finance or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Several years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise service management or corporate application domains.
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery, stakeholder management, requirement documentation and roadmap planning.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms, DevOps and test automation practices.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets and ensuring regulatory/compliance requirements are met.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
