Responsibilities:
- Architect, build and deploy high-throughput, low-latency recommendation systems that scale to millions of users and billions of requests.
- Develop and refine relevance models and bidding strategies using deep learning and ML best practices.
- Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring, performance analysis and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with backend and data engineering to integrate models into production and ensure scalability/reliability.
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests and experiments; measure impact on business metrics.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building and deploying production-grade recommendation systems (adtech, e-commerce, search or similar).
- Strong deep learning skills with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch or Jax and model optimization for latency/throughput.
- Solid software engineering background and experience with model monitoring and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing (Spark, Flink, Kafka) and storage solutions (S3, Athena, MySQL) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to work cross-functionally and influence product/business outcomes.
