Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade ML models supporting business decisions.
- Develop scalable data and model pipelines for training, batch scoring, and real-time inference.
- Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for models, monitoring, retraining and model governance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to turn experiments into reliable services.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost on cloud platforms.
- Keep up with ML research and introduce improvements when they add clear value.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building and deploying ML systems in production environments.
- Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with data and orchestration tools (Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow/Flyte) and cloud infra (AWS, Sagemaker, Terraform).
- Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid software engineering practices: testing, versioning, observability, and reproducible pipelines.
- Good communication and experience working cross-functionally to deliver product features.
