Responsibilities:
- Operate and evolve cloud platform components (AWS, Kubernetes) and maintain reliability for services used by multiple teams.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) to provision and manage cloud resources and environments.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, shared libraries, Backstage integrations, and developer self-service golden paths.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks, improve deployment safety, and strengthen observability (metrics, logging, tracing).
- Support teams with onboarding, staging environments, incident handling, and post-incident improvements.
- Collaborate on platform roadmap, propose improvements, and contribute to architecture and tooling decisions.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Dev, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles with working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and with CI/CD tooling and automation.
- Comfortable scripting or developing tools in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, ownership mindset, and clear English communication (German is a plus).
- Desire to improve developer experience, automate operations, and work collaboratively across teams.
