About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the product analytics function: design experiments, define event taxonomy and maintain data quality.
- Design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor: sample sizing, causal inference and cohort analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on retention, feature performance and engagement to inform roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Design to translate business questions into analytical plans and actionable insights.
- Create dashboards, documentation and self-serve tooling to enable PMs to run data-informed experiments.

Requirements:
- 5–10 years in product analytics or data science with strong experience in A/B testing and experiment design.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, manipulation and visualization.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar event-based analytics tools and experience defining event taxonomies.
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, causal inference, clustering) and practical application to product problems.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive decisions.
