Responsibilities:
- Work across teams (Acquisition, Delivery, Customer Care, Web/Mobile, Portfolio) to analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design, track, and iterate on metrics that measure customer impact and product health.
- Extract insights from data, run analyses, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations.
- Take ownership of tasks and experiments; learn quickly and iterate on solutions.
- Communicate results clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills; comfort with quantitative problem solving.
- Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership and learn from mistakes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations.
- Background from strong academic programs or olympiad experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to move fast and adapt in an early-stage, high-tech environment.
