Senior Product Owner / Product Manager - AI / SaaS (m/f/d) at ainavio GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and report directly to the CEO
- Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Support, integrations, partners and engineering
- Capture, validate and prioritize requirements; translate them into a clear, customer-focused roadmap
- Mature product processes (intake, prioritization, roadmapping, release communication) for scale
- Lead and develop existing POs and product teams, sharpening structures and practices
- Shape the agentic product data layer: discover new agents, define QA criteria, and manage rollouts
- Drive SaaS operational topics (billing/pricing, onboarding, operational processes) to production
- Define metrics, validate hypotheses, and make transparent trade-offs (including clear "no")

Requirements:
- Several years of SaaS/B2B product management experience, ideally scaling from 1->10
- Practical experience with AI products or agentic systems and modular integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and experience leading cross-functional/international teams
- Native or near-native German communication skills and excellent written documentation
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining metrics and running experiments
- Hands-on attitude, ability to work in ambiguous environments and close collaboration with engineering
