Senior Product Owner / Product Manager - AI / SaaS - native German (m/f/d) at ainavio GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Define and own product strategy and roadmap to scale the AI-based SaaS platform from 1→10.
- Orchestrate agent-based product flows: decide where automation applies and where human-in-the-loop is required.
- Collect, structure and prioritise input from Sales, Support, Integrations and partners into a clear roadmap.
- Improve product processes (requirements intake, prioritisation, roadmapping, release communication).
- Coach and develop Product Owners and teams; align major decisions with leadership.

Requirements:
- Several years of B2B/SaaS product management experience; proven track record with AI products.
- Deep understanding of modular/agentic AI systems and orchestration challenges.
- Native-level German and fluent English; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams; ability to scale processes and structures.
