Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain production-grade AI/ML platform components with emphasis on scalability, security and efficiency.
- Implement and optimize ML workflows, model deployment, validation, monitoring and observability for global systems.
- Integrate diverse data sources and SaaS tools via APIs; orchestrate workflows using internal and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product teams to move models from prototype to production.
- Contribute hands-on code and lead technical initiatives to improve platform reliability and performance.

Requirements:
- 4–6 years of software engineering experience and proficiency in Python or Java; BS in CS, Data Science or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and statistical modelling concepts.
- Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity integrating AI into enterprise tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, ServiceNow) and developing APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, distributed systems and collaboration skills; ability to work in a hybrid environment.
