Responsibilities:
- Architect and build a multi-product self-serve Customer Portal enabling 10+ services, including billing and configuration logic.
- Design abstractions to balance enterprise-specific needs and high-volume self-serve flows.
- Modernize legacy systems incrementally (e.g., session lists, decision profiles) while continuing to ship features.
- Coordinate with Identity, Fraud and Trust teams to ensure consistent integration and architecture in the portal.
- Champion AI-enhanced workflows and automation to increase team delivery capacity.
- Own end-to-end product areas: design, implementation, testing, deployment and iteration.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building large-scale web applications with strong experience in TypeScript, React and Node.js.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end product areas, migrations or services in production.
- Experience working with legacy code and executing incremental modernization strategies.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, billing logic, APIs and scalable system design.
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration, technical leadership and product-oriented thinking.
- Strong communication skills and readiness to work with AI-assisted development practices.
