Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead at HomeToGo

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor an engineering team: set priorities, coach engineers, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Define and drive technical strategy and execution for major features and platform improvements.
- Partner with Product, Architects, and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and ensure engineering decisions align with user needs.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery quality while improving product delivery processes.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence for Marketplace services; promote tooling and automation.
- Champion adoption of AI-assisted development tools and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (PHP or JS/TS) and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Symfony).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL) and scalable system design.
- Proven communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English.
- Experience with agile processes, KPIs/OKRs, and driving technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
