Responsibilities:
- Work in a multicultural Scrum team with end-to-end responsibility: requirements, design, development, testing and operations.
- Implement secure, user-focused core banking features for savings and loans processing.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and participate in risk mitigation activities.
- Develop and maintain services using Java, C++ and C#, containerize applications and use cloud tooling (Docker, Kubernetes/OKD, AWS).
- Write automated tests and use QA tools to maintain quality; collaborate on deployment and monitoring.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of professional experience with Java, C++ and/or C#.
- Basic understanding of cloud/container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OKD, AWS) and Linux/Bash proficiency.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and testing tools (JUnit, RestAssured, Mockito, JMeter or equivalents).
- Familiarity with version control (Git/SVN) and Agile/Scrum practices; fluent English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of features through to production.
