Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve OpenShift-based application platforms on AWS and their shared services (CD, monitoring, logging, IAM).
- Create developer self-service capabilities to provision environments and reduce lead time.
- Automate manual operational tasks and streamline runbooks and run-time processes.
- Implement and tune observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerts) to improve incident detection and resolution.
- Build and support deployment pipelines and developer tooling to increase delivery velocity and consistency.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in SRE/DevOps or production operations with a track record of operating reliable systems.
- Production experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tooling (ArgoCD, Jenkins, TeamCity or equivalents).
- Experience with IaC/configuration management (Terraform, Ansible) and managing infrastructure at scale.
- Proficient with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and alerting strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, automation-first mindset and familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS).
