Responsibilities:
- Operate and evolve application platforms based on OpenShift running on public cloud (AWS).
- Build and maintain shared services: CI/CD, monitoring, logging and IAM.
- Design and deliver self-service tools for developers to provision environments and deploy reliably.
- Identify, automate and eliminate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce toil.
- Implement observability (metrics, logs, alerts) to surface service health and support incident response.
- Develop and maintain pipelines, deployment tooling and integrations that speed up delivery without sacrificing reliability.

Requirements:
- 8+ years in SRE/DevOps or operating production systems with responsibility for reliability and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) in production.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, Jenkins, TeamCity or similar).
- Competence with IaC and config management (Terraform, Ansible) for infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and alerting practices.
- Strong automation mindset, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills; cloud platform experience (AWS).
