Software Engineer - Graduate Program at Wallapop

Responsibilities:
- Participate in an 18-month rotational graduate program (three 6-month rotations) across Backend, Frontend (web) and Mobile teams.
- Build and ship production features used by millions: backend services (Kotlin/Java), web apps (React/Angular) and native mobile (iOS Swift or Android Kotlin/Java).
- Work with mentors (Anchor Engineering Manager, Chapter Mentor, Rotation Team Manager) and receive hands-on guidance and code reviews.
- Use AI-native developer tooling (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development and learning.
- Take part in agile rituals: standups, planning, retros, pair programming and code reviews.
- Own learning goals, flag blockers early, and teach back knowledge to peers.

Requirements:
- Recent graduate or equivalent with demonstrable coding experience and strong motivation to learn.
- Basic fluency with one or more of the stack technologies (Kotlin/Java, React/Angular, Swift/Android) and willingness to become T-shaped.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted developer tools and modern workflows.
- Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English.
- Curious, fast learner, collaborative, and committed to producing well-tested, maintainable code.
