Responsibilities:
- Design, build and support software for broadband sales, provisioning, fault management and customer journeys.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and reusable integrations between CRM, network and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, operations and suppliers across the full SDLC.
- Diagnose and resolve live incidents, perform root-cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
- Ensure solutions are resilient, scalable and secure; contribute to CI/CD, testing and deployment practices.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python and building RESTful APIs.
- Comfortable using SQL for analysis, troubleshooting and data validation.
- Experience in broadband, telecommunications, provisioning or service assurance systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with contact-centre/telephony platforms (e.g. Genesys) and CRM integrations with external network providers.
- Able to work across complex, multi-party integrations and thrive in a hybrid working model.
