Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate cloud-native infrastructure security services used across the company.
- Own components end-to-end: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring and incident response.
- Improve availability, scalability, latency and operational efficiency of security systems.
- Collaborate on system design and architecture, contribute to code and design reviews.
- Build monitoring, alerting, automation and documentation to reduce toil and improve developer experience.
- Participate in on-call rotation with focus on learning, prevention and fast recovery.

Requirements:
- 3+ years building and operating cloud-native distributed systems in production.
- Strong production-quality coding skills in Python or Go and familiarity with modern frameworks/tooling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (networking, managed services, IAM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with IaC (Terraform), observability, incident response and performance troubleshooting.
- Security-minded approach to design, secrets management, and least-privilege principles.
- Good collaboration and communication skills; comfortable owning services independently.
