Responsibilities:
- Act as a techno-functional lead for SAP CRM and SAP IS-U initiatives: gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into functional designs.
- Define and prioritise delivery backlogs; collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, test and deploy solutions.
- Lead integration work across customer platforms, telephony, complaints and digital channels.
- Use data-driven analysis and root cause investigation to reduce customer contacts and complaints.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making, automate processes and improve customer journeys.
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication, provide status updates, and support change adoption.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP CRM and SAP IS-U in a techno-functional capacity.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and delivery plans.
- Experience with system integration, data analysis and customer-facing platform landscapes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication skills and workshop facilitation.
- Comfortable using analytics/AI tools to surface insights and optimise processes.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience; experience in utilities or customer service environments is desirable.
