Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Data Science in Claims Fraud; define strategy for risk decisioning and fraud detection.
- Design, build, and iterate production ML and Generative AI/LLM systems to support claims validation and automation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate models, data, and workflows and reduce time-to-production.
- Advocate and drive investments in platform, monitoring, feedback loops, QA, and model governance.
- Set high standards for statistical rigour, experimentation, measurement, and communicate uncertainty to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor other data scientists and help shape scalable decisioning architectures.

Requirements:
- Significant experience delivering end-to-end ML systems to production, including Generative AI/LLM deployments.
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling, risk-based decisioning, and experimentation design.
- Demonstrated ability to design systems-level solutions that link models, data pipelines, and business workflows.
- Experience with model monitoring, feedback loops, and production QA for ML systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional technical direction.
