Responsibilities:
- Build and operate the core distributed systems that power large-scale AI voice agents handling millions of daily calls.
- Rapidly move from prototypes to production-ready solutions in a high-velocity, "act then fix" environment.
- Pair-program on-site to iterate quickly, resolve production issues, and transfer knowledge across the team.
- Own projects end-to-end and deliver measurable business outcomes with a founder-like ownership mentality.

Requirements:
- Strong Python fundamentals and hands-on experience with distributed systems at production scale.
- Demonstrated ability to build products from scratch (founder experience, side projects, or similar evidence of shipping).
- High bias for action, comfort shipping without heavy process, and ability to solve ambiguous technical problems quickly.
- Must be in or willing to relocate to Berlin (on-site role); visa and relocation support available for the right candidate.
- Comfortable working full-time in a fast-moving, high-trust startup environment.
