About the role
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CIB teams to map process needs and develop AI-enabled, end-to-end solutions and agentic workflows.
- Build production AI components (APIs, services) designed for scalability, low latency and maintainability.
- Establish and run CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment for ML/AI products.
- Implement governance, security controls and operational practices for AI systems.
- Translate domain requirements into technical designs and support adoption with documentation and training.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering with strong coding skills (Python, Spark or Scala).
- Practical experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Familiar with CI/CD, unit/integration testing, MLOps and DataOps principles.
- Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen) and working knowledge of LLMs/agents.
- Awareness of software security best practices (OWASP) and ability to apply governance frameworks.
- Strong communication, analytical skills and adaptability in agile environments.

Requirements
