Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CIB business units to redesign and automate core processes using AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows.
- Design, build and ship enterprise-grade AI software (APIs, microservices) with a focus on scalability and low-latency performance.
- Implement CI/CD, testing (unit/integration) and deployment pipelines for production AI systems.
- Prototype and operationalize LLMs, AI agents and retrieval/RAG components while establishing governance controls.
- Work embedded with domain experts to translate business requirements into production-ready solutions and ensure secure delivery.

Requirements:
- Several years of software or AI/ML engineering experience with strong programming skills in Python, Spark or Scala.
- Experience with Databricks and public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Hands-on CI/CD and testing experience; familiarity with MLOps and DataOps practices.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen) and working with LLMs/agents.
- Understanding of software security (OWASP, penetration testing principles) and ability to apply governance requirements.
- Good communication skills, business-orientation, and ability to work in agile teams across stakeholders.
