Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype and productionize AI agents that orchestrate data, workflows and decisions across the firm.
- Integrate agent solutions with internal systems, APIs and data sources; maintain evaluation pipelines and monitoring.
- Own the full lifecycle: rapid prototyping, iterative validation, testing, CI/CD and production rollout.
- Produce high-quality, unit-tested Python code and ensure consistent documentation and review standards.
- Evaluate third‑party models and services, select appropriate components and measure trade-offs (latency, cost, accuracy).
- Troubleshoot agent behavior, debug failures and optimize runtime performance and robustness.

Requirements:
- Bachelorʼs degree in Computer Science, AI or related field and significant professional Python experience (6+ years preferred).
- Deep familiarity with Python 3.x advanced features (asyncio, type hints, context managers) and software design patterns.
- Practical experience building and integrating AI/ML components and agents; knowledge of common ML libraries and APIs.
- Strong testing, CI/CD and production deployment experience; ability to measure business impact and iterate.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
